    This promises to be an interesting site.

    We’re interested in any natural approaches to improving and maintaining our health (and that of our dogs too), and run an organic pet health business ourselves.

    I’ve never really tried breathing exercises, although I did use the counting breaths technique to reduce stress and help me get to sleep, and it was very effective.
